We regret to inform that you can only do returns (for credit note) once per order.
Also, you'll need to bear the postage 'to and fro' of the return order.
Drop us an email ([email protected]) with a photo of the parcel, and we'll be in touch with you once it's received and processed.
Pls ensure that you send it back with traceable tracking so that it will reach us safely and timely.
We'll issue you with a credit voucher (less any % applied, postage and handling fees S$1.35-$2.55 depending on the no. of items) for your next purchase with us.
Once received, our team will process and check and issue you with a store credit. Valid for 6 months.
Pls allow up to 10 working days for our team to process the exchanges.
