Starting from 1st Mar 2025, you can earn points with every purchase.

There are three different tiers for MGP Rewards: Pink, Black and Diamond.

S$1 spent = 1 point

You can head over to your account to see the amount needed to spend for you to be upgraded to the next tier.

Your tier cycle starts when you created an account with us and goes on for 12 months unless your is upgraded.

Once upgraded to the next tier, it will get extended for 12months.

As a Pink tier member, you will not be downgraded. There is no spend required to maintain this tier.

As for Black and Diamond member, you must continue to meet the minimum spend for your tier within 12 months of your current tier.

To main your MGP Rewards status, you must continue to meet the minimum spend threshold for your tier within 12 months.

Black members: Spend $500 or more within 12 months to maintain your status. Amount are computed from the first day of your latest tier upgrade.

Diamond members: Spend $1,200 or more within 12 months to maintain your status. Amount are computed from the first day of your latest tier upgrade.

In the event you do not meet the minimum requirement, your membership will be adjusted accordingly based on your accumulated spending for the last 12months.

You can login to your MGP account - Go to My Rewards to redeem vouchers or products.

No, points are not transferable.

The points in your account will not be adjusted unless your order is refunded.

You can earn points for the amount spent in your next order (after deducting your store credits).

Do note that rewards redeemed are not returnable for points.

Present your QR code in your account to the cashier before checkout.

Currently rewards products are not redeemable instores. 

However, you can redeem vouchers instores to net off your purchase.
