Job Description:
- As part of the operations team, take care of order fulfilment across MGP Label's different brands and platforms
- Provide assistance in Total Quality Service to Customer in online pre and post sales enquiries.
- Warehousing and Inventory functions
- Allocation and distribution of stocks to the various retail and sales channel.
- Working with staff from the different functional groups.

Under the Digital Team, you will be involved from end to end in creating digital assets and contents for MGPlabel and its client. This is a fast paced job that requires you to be critically creative and understanding the customers and brand to add value to the brand and products. Integrated Digital Specialist is at the forefront of MGP.

Main responsibilities
A. Operational
-Ensure that digital assets for launches are ready
- Meet all datelines for launches
B. Social Media
- Following trends in the industry with customers' response and feedback in digital planning
- Ensure that you work with the Operations team on content creation
- Come up with innovative ideas to engage customers for social media content
- Working with 3rd Party strategic partners in content creation
- Any other required function by the organisation
Qualifications & Experience
- Design students from local or reputable design schools
- Able to commit at least 3months
- Fresh diploma graduates are welcomed
- Strong Photoshop knowhow, photography skills. We will provide photography training by external professional if required.
- An eye and passion for fast fashion and design related field
- Open to working off normal hours due to the nature of social media being 24/7 (including weekends and public holidays)

At the forefront of the MGP brand, you are the brand ambassador on the ground. Interacting directly with MGP's customers, your role in ensuring MGP service reputation and driving sales it paramount to the success of the brand. Reporting to the Retail Store Manager, you will be integral to the success of MGP as we internationalise.

Main responsibilities
- Retail Performance, Operations, Customer Care, Sales & Stock Management
- Handle day-today store operations to ensure a seamless and smooth customer experience
- Work with store manager to drive store sales performance
- Always represent Team MGP by ensuring top notch customer service
- Support in the receiving of new stock, returns, damages and transfer
- Support in all retail operations that include cashiering, store maintenance and floor/fitting room/storage duties
Qualifications & Experience
- Open to fresh graduates with minimum of SPM and have a passion for retail and fast fashion
- Past experience working for a fashion/retail store will be a plus
- Strong communication skills and ideally bilingual in both English and Mandarin
- Collaborative team player
- Open to working various shifts and able to work 6 days a week for full timers, or 3-4 days a week for part timers (including weekends and public holidays)
