Exchange / Return Policy

This Policy is only applicable to purchases made through our online site.
We strictly do not entertain refunds / exchanges, only accept returns (not applicable for sale / discounted items).
WEF 13th Jan 2019, we regret to inform that we're unable to reserve any pieces for exchanges.


Upon receipt of order, do drop our team an email [email protected] (within 7 days upon receipt) before sending back any returns (EXCEPT SALE / DISCOUNTED ITEMS) for credit note.
Pls send it back within 14 days of receipt upon our email confirmation.

*Purchase of sale items, accessories, bags, giftcards are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Bundle items: There will be no promo extended for any product returned/kept from the Bundle promo.

We regret to inform that we're unable to do store exchanges at the moment.

Pls indicate these when sending the parcel out:
1) Name
2) email
3) Order ID
4) Reason of return
5) Products returned
Size not fit / Defective (refer below for conditions) / Wrong item sent (size, colour) / Others (pls state))
You may print out this return form and attached it in the parcel:
We regret to inform that you can only do returns (for credit note) once per order.
Also, you'll need to bear the postage 'to and fro' of the return order.

Drop us an email ([email protected]) with a photo of the parcel, and we'll be in touch with you once it's received and processed.
Pls ensure that you send it back with traceable tracking so that it will reach us safely and timely.

We'll issue you with a credit voucher for the product returned (less any % applied, postage and handling fees RM15 (MY) depending on the no. of items) for your next purchase with us. 
Bundle items: There will be no promo extended for any product returned/kept from the Bundle promo.

Once received, our team will process and check and issue you with a store credit. Valid for 6 months.
*Do note that all returns will be processed within 14 working days upon receipt of return parcel.


In the event a defective item was received:

1) Please provide snapshots of the defective area / incorrect item and submit your exchange/return request via email at [email protected] within 7 working days upon receipt.
2) Do kindly seek our confirmation prior to returning your order.
3) Proof of defect must be verified by our Customer Service team to be eligible for an exchange/return.
4) An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is deemed defective.
5) A credit voucher will be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
6) Please take note that we do not provide cash refund.
7) Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition (tag intact, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered).

Exchanges for item(s) which do not meet all mentioned conditions will be duly declined.

All reasons below are not considered as defects:
1) We advise that all items to be hand washed and not soaked.
2) Please allow 0.5 - 0.8" slight difference in measurements due to mass production.
3) There may be slight variation in color due to different monitor, devices settings and resolutions.
4) Items will minor imperfections (loose threads, slight dotted stains) which do not alter the overall appearance of the design will not be considered as defective.
5) Any form of wear and tear or damage caused after washing / wearing, will not be considered as defective.
